Everyone really likes the new mini workshop format that we taught in April, May and June in Fairfield. It allows you the opportunity to receive some wonderful I-Fit 150 training without committing to the full weekend workshop. If you like it then you can take more training later.

You can practice at home or/and attend an ongoing weekly class (when available), once you have learned the foundational material in the first workshop.
