Hey Teresa,Class on Sunday was great. Quite a workout. It is always so interesting to see the many different skill and fitness levels in the room. Even so everyone gets to reach their optimum cardio workout level. No one over or under cooked. There is such skill in Dr. Zhang's design in this program.
